Hi Mark,

I've been playing aroung with these components and I must say they are the most complete set of UI components for Flash Lite UI there is out there.

I was just wondering if they can be used to develop applications targeting other non-SonyEricsson devices. Also how can I scale the components to fit wider screens.

Thanks.

Hi Mark,

Just wondering, what are the plans for Flash Lite 3.x on Sony Ericsson Devices? And whether Project Capuchin will show up in the Adobe Mobile Packager and be able to package a Distributable Player?

Cheers

Hi Jermaine,

The purpose of the Distributable Player is to enable users to Package content with the latest player where it can be installed.

Similar to S40 or LG devices it's not possible to upgrade the player on Capuchin devices, and so this won't happen for these device platforms.

Sony Ericsson have released a fantastic tool to help you in the packaging process, and all their components work on Mac and Windows.

Check out SWF2Jar 2.1
