Hi, The 45 countries are those where we know the download will function correctly, although it is not operator specific.

You can still use the players from the url below for testing, and in the coming weeks you'll see this open to all countries and more devices.

Hi, I am wondering what does it mean that 45 countries can use Distributable player? If someone is from Ukraine or Lithuania which is not on the 45 countries list, they can't use it or it will be not working there? Is it somehow connected with the operators in those countries?

Thanks in advance for the info.

William from Lagos :

For countries not listed YET, what aspect of the creation-packaging-distribution-updating etc workflow will they be missing out on?

Hi William, the piece missing will be the download and install of the latest player over the air. So if you distribute your app in Lagos then users will not be able to use the application unless they manually install the player.

We're working to build coverage for major markets, that is opportunities for developers with our supported devices. In time of course we'll enable every country and in fact we've now completed our batch lists so this is the next step.
