It’s been a fantastic 12 months in my new role and .. okay okay I’m only joking. However you may have noticed that Bill has announced that he is leaving Adobe to join our friends at Nokia. It’s a great opportunity for Bill and 4 years of hard work have been put in to helping the community.
During my first 12 months Bill has helped me enormously and I can’t thank him enough for his efforts. We will of course continue to work together and even on the same projects, I believe that having Bill at Nokia is a huge boost for the community.
As of Friday I’ll be alone and so its a good time to point out that I’ll be extremely overloaded, so please try and keep the emails to a minimum!

You caught me out – as soon as I read Bill’s post I scrolled down to your feed – and started thinking that you’d timed two announcements together!
I would hope that Bill is replaced in his role asap, you guys do a fantastic job and are really contributing to the uptake of Flash on MaD…
